STMicroelectronics' STK800 is an N-Channel STripFET™ MOSFET featuring a 30V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 20A at 25°C (Tc). This component offers a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 7.8mOhm maximum at 10A and 10V, with a gate threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) of 2.5V maximum at 250µA.
