STMicroelectronics STH185N10F3-6 is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET from the STripFET™ F3 series. This device features a drain-source breakdown voltage (Vdss) of 100 V and supports a continuous drain current (Id) of 180 A at 25°C (Tc). With a maximum power dissipation of 315 W (Tc) and a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 4.5 mOhm at 60 A and 10 V drive, it is designed for demanding applications. The H2PAK-6 surface mount package ensures efficient thermal management. Qualifed to AEC-Q101, this MOSFET is suitable for automotive applications. Key electrical parameters include a gate charge (Qg) of 114.6 nC at 10 V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 6665 pF at 25 V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C (TJ).
