The STMicroelectronics STD60NF3LLT4 is an N-Channel STripFET™ II Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. Featuring a 30V drain-source voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 60A at 25°C, this component offers a low on-resistance of 9.5mOhm maximum at 30A and 10V Vgs. Its high power dissipation of 100W at 25°C and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C make it suitable for power management, automotive, and industrial control systems. The surface mount DPAK package (TO-252-3) facilitates efficient thermal management. Key electrical characteristics include a gate charge of 40nC maximum at 4.5V and an input capacitance of 2210pF maximum at 25V. This device is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
