STMicroelectronics STD5NM50T4 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET from the MDmesh™ series. This device features a drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) of 500V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 7.5A at 25°C (Tc). It offers a maximum power dissipation of 100W (Tc) and a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 800mOhm at 2.5A and 10V gate drive.
