STMicroelectronics STD3NK60ZD is a SuperFREDmesh™ N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-voltage applications. This device features a 600V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 2.4A at 25°C. The Rds On is specified at a maximum of 3.6 Ohms for a gate-source voltage (Vgs) of 10V and a drain current (Id) of 1.2A. With a maximum power dissipation of 45W (Tc) and a gate charge (Qg) of 11.8 nC at 10V, this MOSFET is suitable for demanding power switching applications.
