STMicroelectronics STTH15RQ06G-TR is a high-efficiency, ultrafast recovery rectifier diode designed for demanding applications. This ECOPACK® series component features a 600V reverse voltage capability and a 15A forward current rating. With a maximum forward voltage drop of 2.95V at 15A and a low reverse leakage of 20 µA at 600V, it offers excellent power conversion efficiency. The reverse recovery time (trr) is rated at 50 ns, classifying it as a fast recovery diode. Operating at junction temperatures up to 175°C (Max), this diode is housed in a D2PAK (TO-263-3) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel. Its robust performance makes it suitable for use in power supplies, motor control, and industrial applications.
