STMicroelectronics STPSC8065DY is a 650V, 8A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode. This ECOPACK®2 series component features a fast switching speed with no reverse recovery time above 500mA, and a low forward voltage (Vf) of 1.45V at 8A. The capacitance at Vr is 540pF at 0V, 1MHz.
