STMicroelectronics STPSC12065GY-TR is a 650V, 12A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode in a D2PAK surface mount package. This ECOPACK®2 series component offers exceptional performance with a maximum forward voltage (Vf) of 1.45V at 12A and a low reverse leakage current of 50 µA at 600V. Its zero reverse recovery time ensures high efficiency in demanding applications. The diode features a junction operating temperature range of -40°C to 175°C and a capacitance of 750pF at 0V and 1MHz. Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and designed with an automotive grade, this device is suitable for power supply, motor drive, and solar inverter applications. Supplied in tape and reel packaging.
