The STMicroelectronics STBR3012G2-TR is a high-voltage, general-purpose diode from the ECOPACK®2 series. This component features a 1200 V reverse voltage rating and a 30 A average rectified forward current capability. It exhibits a low reverse leakage current of 2 µA at its maximum reverse voltage.
