STMicroelectronics STU13005N is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for power switching applications. This device features a maximum collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 400 V and a continuous collector current capability of 3 A. With a power dissipation of 30 W and a low saturation voltage of 5 V at 750 mA collector current, it is suitable for efficient power conversion.
