STMicroelectronics HD1530FX is an NPN bipolar transistor designed for high-voltage switching applications. This device offers a robust 700V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current handling capability of up to 26A. With a maximum power dissipation of 70W and a low saturation voltage of 2V at 13A collector current and 3.25A base current, it is suitable for demanding power supply designs, lighting control, and industrial motor drive circuits.
