STMicroelectronics BD436 is a PNP bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. This device features a 32V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and can handle a continuous collector current of up to 4A. The minimum DC current gain (hFE) is 40 at 10mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage. The transition frequency is 3MHz.
