STMicroelectronics TYN410RG is a standard recovery SCR with a 400V blocking voltage and a 10A RMS on-state current rating. This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-220AB case, features a 10 µA maximum off-state current and a 6.4A average on-state current. The gate trigger current (Igt) is a maximum of 15 mA with a corresponding gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5V. Its non-repetitive surge current capability is 100A at 50Hz and 105A at 60Hz. The hold current (Ih) is specified at a maximum of 30 mA, and the on-state voltage (Vtm) is 1.6V.
