STMicroelectronics TN6050HP-12WY is a standard recovery SCR with a 1.2 kV repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a 60 A RMS on-state current (IT(AV)). This ECOPACK®2 series component features a 50 mA gate trigger current (IGT) and a 1.3 V gate trigger voltage (VGT). The on-state voltage drop (VTM) is a maximum of 1.5 V at 60 A. It offers a 600 A, 660 A non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) and a low off-state leakage current of 5 µA. Designed for through-hole mounting in a TO-247-3 package, this automotive-grade component operates from -40°C to 150°C. The TN6050HP-12WY is suitable for high-power applications in the automotive and industrial sectors.
