STMicroelectronics TN4035HA-8GY is an 800V, 40A RMS standard recovery silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) in a TO-263-3, D2PAK surface mount package. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a maximum on-state voltage of 1.5V and a holding current of 75mA. The gate trigger current is specified at 35mA with a maximum gate trigger voltage of 1.3V. It exhibits a low off-state current of 5µA and handles a non-repetitive surge current of up to 658A at 60Hz.
