STMicroelectronics TN3050HP-12L2Y is a 1200V, 30A standard recovery SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier). This automotive-grade component features a surface mount HU3PAK package (TO-263-8, D2PAK) and is supplied on tape and reel.
