STMicroelectronics TN3050H-12GY-TR is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for robust performance in demanding applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a 1.2 kV blocking voltage and a 30 A RMS on-state current handling capability within a D2PAK (TO-263-3, D2PAK (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB) surface mount package.
