STMicroelectronics TN1610H-6FP is a Standard Recovery SCR with a 600V blocking voltage and a 16A RMS on-state current rating. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-220FPAB package, features a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 10mA and a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.3V.
