STMicroelectronics VNS3NV04DP-E is a dual-channel N-channel power load switch from the OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ series. This device features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio with a continuous output current capability of up to 3.5A per channel. Integral fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection.
