STMicroelectronics VNS1NV04DP-E is a dual-channel, low-side N-channel power MOSFET driver from the OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ series. This device is designed for general-purpose switching applications, capable of delivering up to 1.7A output current. It features integrated fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. The driver accepts a non-inverting input and interfaces via a simple ON/OFF control. With a maximum load voltage rating of 36V and a typical Rds(on) of 250mOhm, it is suitable for surface mount applications within an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The 8-SOIC package is supplied in tubes. This component finds application in automotive and industrial control systems for load driving and power distribution.
