The STMicroelectronics VIPOWER™ VNQ7040AYTR is a high-side power driver designed for demanding applications. This N-Channel device features four independent outputs, each capable of delivering up to 24A. The VNQ7040AYTR offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, over-voltage, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Its 36-PowerBFSOP (PowerSSO-36 EPD) package facilitates surface mounting, and it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). Key features include a status flag for output monitoring and a typical Rds(On) of 40mOhm. This component is qualified to AEC-Q100, making it suitable for automotive applications. The VNQ7040AYTR is supplied on tape and reel for efficient assembly processes.
