STMicroelectronics VIPower™ VNQ600PTR-E is a high-side power driver featuring four N-channel outputs, each capable of delivering up to 15A. This component is designed for general-purpose switching applications within a load voltage range of 5.5V to 36V. It incorporates fixed current limiting, over-temperature, over-voltage, and undervoltage lockout fault protection mechanisms.
