STMicroelectronics VNQ5E050K-E is a high-side four-channel power switch from the VIPower™ series. This N-channel MOSFET driver features individual channel control with an ON/OFF interface. Each output can deliver up to 19A with a typical Rds(on) of 50mOhm, designed for load voltages from 4.5V to 28V. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection. The device supports auto-restart functionality and provides a status flag for each channel. Its General Purpose switch type and 1:1 input-to-output ratio make it suitable for demanding applications in automotive and industrial sectors. The VNQ5E050K-E is supplied in a 24-PowerBSOP package for surface mounting and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
