STMicroelectronics VIPower™ VNQ5160K-E is a high-side, four-channel, intelligent power distribution switch. This N-channel device offers a 3.8A maximum output current per channel with a low Rds(on) of 160mOhm (typ). Designed for robust operation, it integrates comprehensive protection features including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. The VNQ5160K-E supports auto-restart and provides a status flag for monitoring. Its input interface is non-inverting with ON/OFF control. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), this component is suitable for automotive applications and industrial automation. The device is supplied in a 24-PowerBSOP (PowerSSO-24) package, designed for surface mounting.
