STMicroelectronics VNQ5050K-E is a high-side driver from the VIPower™ series, designed for robust power management applications. This N-channel MOSFET driver, housed in a 24-PowerSSO package, supports a load voltage range from 4.5V to 36V and can deliver up to 13.5A per channel.
