STMicroelectronics VNP7N04FI is a single-channel N-channel power MOSFET driver from the OMNIFET™, VIPower™ series. This device features integrated fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, along with a status flag output. It offers a low-side switch configuration with a maximum output current of 5A and a low on-resistance of 140mOhm typical.
