The STMicroelectronics VND920 is a high-side power driver featuring a 1:1 N-channel output configuration. This VIPower™ series device is designed for demanding applications, offering a maximum output current of 30A. Key fault protection mechanisms are integrated, including fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection, with an auto-restart feature for enhanced robustness.
