STMicroelectronics VIPower™ VND830SPTR-E is a dual-channel high-side driver designed for robust power management. This N-channel MOSFET driver offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and can deliver up to 6A per channel. Key features include integrated current limiting (fixed), over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, and open-load detection.
