STMicroelectronics VND830SP13TR is a dual-channel high-side power driver from the VIPower™ series. This N-channel device is designed for general-purpose switching applications, capable of delivering up to 6A per channel with a low Rds(on) of 60mOhm typical. It features robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by an auto-restart feature.
