STMicroelectronics VND830P-E is a dual-channel high-side driver from the VIPower™ series, packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm Width) case. This general-purpose switch offers N-channel output configuration with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, capable of delivering up to 6A per channel. It features robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open-load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by an auto-restart functionality. The input type is non-inverting with ON/OFF interface control. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), this device is suitable for applications such as automotive systems, industrial automation, and power management solutions where reliable load driving and protection are critical. The typical ON-resistance is 60mOhm.
