STMicroelectronics VND830MSPTR-E is a high-side dual-channel power driver from the VIPower™ series. This electronic component features two N-channel, 1:1 ratio power switches, each capable of delivering up to 6A continuous output current. Designed for general-purpose applications, it offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection.
