STMicroelectronics VIPower™ VND830ETR-E is a high-side driver featuring two N-channel power MOSFETs. This device offers a configurable output current up to 9.5A, with integrated fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by an auto-restart feature. The input is non-inverting, with a simple ON/OFF interface. Designed for general-purpose switching applications, it is housed in a 16-SOIC package suitable for surface mounting, with a typical ON-resistance of 65mOhm. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), the VND830ETR-E is commonly utilized in automotive applications, industrial automation, and motor control systems.
