STMicroelectronics VIPower™ VND810MSP is a dual-channel high-side driver designed for automotive and industrial applications. This N-channel power MOSFET driver features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a maximum output current of 600mA per channel. The VND810MSP offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by auto-restart functionality and a status flag.
