STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ VND7NV04-E is a high-side power switch/driver featuring a 1:1 N-channel configuration. This general-purpose device, packaged in a TO-252 (DPAK) surface-mount format, delivers a maximum output current of 6A. Integrated fault protection mechanisms include fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection. The non-inverting input interfaces via an ON/OFF control.
