STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ VND7N04-1-E is a single-channel N-channel power MOSFET driver designed for general-purpose switching applications. This device features a low-side output configuration and is supplied in an IPAK package (TO-251-3 Short Leads, TO-251AA). The VND7N04-1-E offers a maximum continuous output current of 4A and a typical Rds(on) of 140mOhm. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. It operates with a non-inverting input and a simple ON/OFF interface. This component is suitable for use in automotive and industrial automation systems. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ) with a maximum load voltage of 31V.
