STMicroelectronics VIPOWER™ VND7012AYTR is a high-performance automotive-grade power switch/driver designed for demanding applications. This device features two N-channel outputs in a 1:1 configuration, capable of delivering a maximum continuous output current of 60A. The VND7012AYTR integrates comprehensive fault protection mechanisms, including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). It provides a status flag for monitoring output conditions and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). The component is housed in a compact 36-PowerBFSOP (PowerSSO-36 EPD) package suitable for surface mounting. Its robust design and AEC-Q100 qualification make it ideal for automotive power distribution and load driving applications.
