STMicroelectronics VND7004AYTR is a dual-channel, high-side power switch with N-channel MOSFETs. This AEC-Q100 qualified component is designed for automotive applications and features a low Rds(on) of 4mOhm typical. The device offers robust fault protection, including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
