STMicroelectronics VIPOWER™ VND5T100LASTR-E is a dual-channel, high-side power driver IC designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features N-channel MOSFETs with a low Rds(on) of 100mOhm (typical). Each channel can deliver a continuous output current of up to 16A. The VND5T100LASTR-E integrates robust fault protection, including fixed current limiting, open-load detection, and over-temperature protection. Its ON/OFF interface allows for straightforward control. The device is housed in a 16-SOIC package and is supplied on tape and reel for surface mounting. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ) and is suitable for voltage loads from 8V to 36V. This component is commonly found in automotive body electronics and general power distribution systems.
