STMicroelectronics VIPower™ VND5E160AJ-E is a dual-channel, high-side power switch designed for automotive and industrial applications. This N-channel MOSFET device features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a maximum continuous output current of 7A per channel. The VND5E160AJ-E offers robust fault protection, including current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection, with an auto-restart feature for enhanced system reliability.
