STMicroelectronics VIPOWER™ VND5E008AY-E is a dual-channel, high-side power driver designed for demanding automotive applications. This N-channel device, housed in a 36-PowerBFSOP package, offers a continuous output current capability of up to 53A per channel with a low ON-resistance of 8mOhm typical. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by an auto-restart feature. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ) and meets AEC-Q100 qualification standards. Its output configuration is high-side, with an ON/OFF interface.
