STMicroelectronics VIPOWER™ VND5004DSP30-E is a dual-channel, high-side power switch and driver. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features N-channel output configurations with a maximum output current of 70A. The device offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature, over-voltage, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO), coupled with an auto-restart feature. Designed for general-purpose switching applications, it operates across a load voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, with a typical Rds(on) of 4mOhm. The interface is a simple ON/OFF control. Mounting is achieved via surface mount technology on a 30-PowerSOP package. This component is suitable for demanding automotive applications.
