STMicroelectronics VND3NV04-1, an OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ device, is a single-channel N-channel power switch with a maximum output current of 3.5A. This IPAK package component offers robust fault protection, including fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection. Featuring a low-side output configuration and a general-purpose switch type, it operates with an ON/OFF interface. The device boasts a typical Rds On of 120mOhm and supports load voltages up to 36V. Its through-hole mounting and TO-251-3 Short Leads, IPAK, TO-251AA package are suitable for applications in automotive and industrial sectors. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
