STMicroelectronics VND3NV04 is an OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ series N-channel power logic MOSFET. This device functions as a low-side switch with a 1:1 output configuration. It is designed for general-purpose applications, capable of handling up to 3.5A output current. Key fault protection features include fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection.
