STMicroelectronics VN920DSP13TR is a single-channel N-channel VIPower™ MOSFET driver designed for high-side switching applications. This device offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature protection, and input over-voltage protection. Featuring auto-restart functionality, it is ideal for demanding industrial automation, automotive lighting and control, and general-purpose power switching systems. The VN920DSP13TR supports a load voltage range of 5.5V to 36V with a maximum output current capability of 30A. Its 1:1 input-to-output ratio and ON/OFF interface simplify integration. The component is provided in a 10-PowerSO package on tape and reel, with a typical Rds(on) of 16mOhm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
