STMicroelectronics VN800S-E is a high-side N-channel power switch from the VIPower™ series. This 1:1 ratio driver features a maximum output current of 700mA and a typical Rds On of 135mOhm. It offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by auto-restart functionality and a status flag output.
