STMicroelectronics VN750 is a single-channel, high-side power switch from the VIPower™ series. This N-channel MOSFET driver is designed for general-purpose applications, offering a maximum continuous output current of 6A. The device features robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage protection, and open-load detection, with an auto-restart function and status flag for diagnostics. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ) and utilizes a non-inverting input with a simple ON/OFF interface. The output configuration is high-side, and the device comes in a 5-PENTAWATT package with through-hole mounting. The on-resistance (Rds On) is a typical 60mOhm.
