STMicroelectronics VN7004CH is a VIPOWER™ N-channel power switch designed for high-side load driving applications. This general-purpose switch boasts a low Rds(on) of 4mOhm typ. and supports a load voltage range of 4V to 28V, with a maximum output current capability of 38A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, over-voltage protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The device features a simple ON/OFF interface for control. Supplied in an OctaPAK 7+1 package for surface mounting, the VN7004CH operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). This component is AEC-Q100 qualified and is suitable for automotive applications.
