STMicroelectronics VN5E050J-E is a high-side Power Switch/Driver from the VIPower™ series. This N-channel device, packaged in a PowerSSO-12™, offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a typical Rds On of 50mOhm. It features robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, with an auto-restart capability. The VN5E050J-E supports a load voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and can handle an output current of up to 19A. Designed for general-purpose switching, it is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics requiring reliable power management and protection. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
