STMicroelectronics VN5E025MJTR-E is a VIPower™ series N-channel Power MOSFET with integrated driver functionality. This high-side switch, housed in a PowerSSO-12™ package, is designed for general-purpose load driving applications. It offers a maximum continuous output current of 43A and a typical Rds On of 25mOhm. The device incorporates robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection, complemented by an auto-restart feature.
