STMicroelectronics ISO808AQTR-1 is an 8-channel high-side power distribution switch with individual N-channel MOSFET outputs, each capable of delivering up to 2.3A. This device features robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, overload, over-temperature, over-voltage, reverse current, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The ISO808AQTR-1 offers auto-restart capability, a Power Good signal, and a status flag for monitoring output conditions. Control is provided via an On/Off input and an SPI interface. Optimized for surface mounting, it is supplied in a PowerSO-36 package with a bottom pad for enhanced thermal performance. The device is suitable for applications requiring efficient and protected power management in automotive and industrial automation sectors. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
